Terms shipping & delivery

Delivery, prices and transport 3.1 All prices for the items offered are included VAT. Shipping costs are calculated during Check-out and are on the order confirmation. Note: Because of fragility and size of the artworks shipping is not always possible. The customer needs to contact Oode to discuss the shipping options, this will be notified on our project page. The buyer is required to accept the goods purchased at the time they are delivered to the customer, or at the time made available according to the agreement. If the buyer refuses or fails to provide information or instructions necessary for the delivery, the goods will be stored at the risk of the buyer. The buyer will then pay all additional costs, which in any case of storage, are due. If more than one item is ordered then the shipping costs are calculated according to weight. 3.2 Prices and delivery of an order placed are valid for 30 days. If the customer pays after this period of 30 days, the prices and delivery from the date on which reintroduced receives the payment will be used. 3.3 The risk during transport of the items ordered by the customer is on OODE, but the customer is obliged to check the goods upon arrival. (see 7.1) The ownership of products is transferred only when all due according to the agreement is paid to OODE. The risk of the products is on the customer after the delivery. The risk of the possible return of the items are for the customer. 3.4 OODE is allowed to deliver the purchase of multiple items in parts. OODE will inform the buyer immediately of the reason for partial delivery.
Payment Terms 4.1 The customer pays the amount stated on the receipt stating the order number and the purchased product. Payment is due within 10 days after the order date of the account to be with OODE. After 30 days overdue, prices and delivery expire.
Delivery 5.1 The OODE delivery times quoted are indicative only. Late delivery does not entitle you to compensation nor the right to cancel your order or the agreement, unless the delay in delivery is such that you can not reasonably be expected that the agreement intact. You are then entitled to cancel the order or terminate the agreement where necessary. 5.2 The items listed in the delivery period starts when OODE has received the payment of the customer.

Approval period 6.1 The customer is entitled to dissolve the purchase agreement with OODE within 7 days after delivery of the order. The customer has to inform OODE in writing (via letter or e-mail) within the aforementioned period to inform, and return the order to OODE, unused, undamaged and complete. The total amount of items will be refunded after receiving the returned order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, are therefor paid by the customer. Shipping risks of a return are on the customer. 6.2 OODE reserves the right to refuse returned items or to take the full amount to be credited if it is suspected that the article has already been used or damaged by the customer.

Guarantees and complaints 7.1 Upon delivery, the customer needs to report visible defects or damage directly, within 24 hours. 7.2 Within 10 days after receiving the products – and at surface defects without delay – the buyer, if applicable has to inform accurate and detailed written to OODE his concerns about the delivered denial 7.3 Without prejudice to the preceding paragraph, the buyer is obliged to check the products supplied before using them. 7.4 Returns of delivered products can only take place after approval by OODE, where OODE has the right to issue instructions regarding the method of shipment. 7.5 Complaints may be addressed to: OODE, Singel 159a, 1012 VK Amsterdam, The Netherlands, T. +31 (0) 6 14100376 E. info@oode.nl
